Business meeting with professionals discussing managed IT services, featuring a speaker presenting to engaged audience in a modern conference room.

Who Are We?

We are Reliable Networks, and we’ve spent 20 years managing IT infrastructure on behalf of our clients – so they don’t have to!

Founded in 2005 by our Managing Director Paul Fisher, Reliable Networks was launched with a simple goal: to empower businesses to work more efficiently using the best technologies – without worrying about maintenance, security, backups, or anything else.

And we’re proud to be succeeding. With a deep understanding of the needs of today’s businesses, and a thorough knowledge of the latest security and IT regulations, we’re doing what others have failed to do. We’re enabling growing organisations to benefit from technology while focusing on their core business.

Delivering realistic, tailored, scalable solutions, we’ve built up a strong network of clients, growing steadily through word-of-mouth recommendations. We’re thrilled to be the preferred IT partner for some of the country’s most exciting businesses, and we look forward to seeing how we can help you.

The Reliable Networks Difference

Here are just a few of the reasons we stand out from the crowd…

We value our partnerships

We’re committed to transparency

We believe that managed IT services shouldn’t be costly. That’s why we offer simple, straightforward, and budget-friendly technology support packages, with absolutely no hidden fees or nasty surprises.

The Reliable Networks core framework focuses on four critical elements which must all come together to drive success. We build upon this framework to best align with your business goals.

1. Assess

We begin by working together to identify what’s working, and uncover weaknesses or vulnerabilities. We identify where you are now, visualise where you need to be, and build a map to get you there.

2. Deliver

Once we understand your needs, we’re able to deliver strategic solutions to help you overcome your business challenges, and drive you closer towards your goals. We deliver excellence, every time.

3. Manage

Even though we’ve delivered solutions, our partnership doesn’t have to come to an end. We continue working closely with our clients for ongoing support and management of tech systems.

4. Optimise

As part of our commitment to our clients, we continue to assess and monitor your tech infrastructure to optimise your investment, identify exciting new opportunities, and keep your risk to a minimum.

FAQs

Want to find out more about partnering with Reliable Networks? Our FAQs tell you everything you need to know about working with an IT support partner and utilising the support of our talented team. If there’s anything we haven’t answered, feel free to get in touch with us for more information.

Technology is great – it isn’t perfect. There are a number of common tech issues, ranging from vulnerabilities in the software to suboptimal user behaviours. Whatever the reason, when your tech isn’t working at its very best, it’s preventing you from reaching your full potential.

To really get the most from your technology, you need to ensure you’re consistently managing, maintaining, and optimising your infrastructure. As well as providing your users with the support they need to utilise your systems with confidence. Unfortunately, many businesses simply don’t have the time.

An IT support plan takes time-consuming tech tasks off your hands. It ensures that your systems continue to work efficiently, and bring true value to your business. Benefits include reduced downtime, faster issue resolution, improved productivity, and better cybersecurity.

‘IT support’ is an umbrella term covering many different types of business support options. While these can vary considerably, typically, you should expect your IT support partner to offer:

  • Remote helpdesk support
  • On-site support
  • Scheduled on-site visits
  • Network monitoring and support
  • Security monitoring and support
  • Managed backup & disaster recovery
  • Microsoft 365 support
  • Microsoft Azure

Get in touch with us for help finding a support option that’s right for you.

Depending on the type of service you select, your IT support partner can help to…

  • Improve the performance of your IT systems
  • Reduce problems and minimise risk through proactive maintenance
  • Keep your systems up-to-date, patched, and secure
  • Protect your business from viruses, malware, and other cyber threats
  • Train users on new technologies, features, procedures, and protocols
  • Secure your valuable business and client data with backup or data recovery services
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
  • Grab new opportunities
  • Adapt quickly to changing trends within your industry
  • Optimise your IT infrastructure and systems to derive even more value

On-site support means a skilled member of our team will visit your business. This is a good choice for the management of on-premises solutions, as your IT technician will have physical access to your technical infrastructure and network. This can help us to identify potential problems more easily.

Remote support means that your business will receive advice, guidance, and practical support from an IT technician by telephone, or online. This is great for resolving many issues quickly, without needing to schedule a visit. It’s also ideal for basic training, which can be carried out virtually with ease.

Yes! We’ve designed our services so that we’re able to support you in the way that suits you best. The Reliable Networks team is experienced in assessing needs, diagnosing tech problems, troubleshooting, monitoring, and identifying opportunities virtually, without the need to visit your site. Remote support minimises disruption for your staff, while ensuring you still see the full benefits.

Whether you choose on-site or remote support, you can be sure that you’ll receive nothing less than excellent service from Reliable Networks. We’re dedicated to providing top outcomes for our clients.

IT support can help your business in a number of ways, depending on the type of support you choose. Some businesses use IT support as a way to help them implement new technologies and boost user adoption across the organisation. Others use it for quick and simple troubleshooting, while some require assistance in migration, training, or identifying exciting new opportunities.

That’s why we like to start each and every partnership by getting to know you, and understanding your business goals. That way, we can suggest the IT services that will help your business in the most powerful and significant way, and help ensure you’re getting the most value from our experts.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to IT support. Some businesses are keen to maintain a strong hold over their IT infrastructure, utilising our expertise simply to support their own decisions. Others require us to essentially become a part of their team, handling all aspects of tech on their behalf. And so, the cost of IT support services varies depending on the requirements of each client.

At Reliable Networks, we value openness, honesty, and transparency. That’s why, when you request a quotation from us, we’ll break everything down to show you exactly where your investment is going. We’re also proud to use a clear per user/per device pricing framework to help you secure the IT support you need for an affordable and competitive fee. Get in touch for more pricing information.

Our team are based in London, where many of our clients are also based. Being close to our clients’ venues means we’re able to provide on-site support quickly, and more affordably.

However, as our remote IT support services have grown and expanded, we’re pleased to be able to offer our expertise to businesses all across the UK… and around the world! No matter where you’re based, we can work with you to help you develop a strong and robust technical infrastructure.

Our offices and telephone line in London are open Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 17:30. However, our 24/7 helpdesk and support team are available for our clients around the clock, ensuring you have the assistance you need, exactly when you need it. Not yet a Reliable Networks client? You can still contact us at any time at hello@reliablenetworks.co.uk, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can!

Yes! Contact us for a free, no obligation quote. We’ll schedule a call, get to know your business and discuss your needs and challenges. We’ll work with you to determine the most suitable IT support services for your company, then we’ll send you an easy-to-understand quote for consideration.
