Procurement & Service Manager
Ben joined the Reliable family in 2017 as 1st Line Engineer. Demonstrating a unique gift, he soon transitioned to Team Leader before stepping into his current role as our Procurement & Service Manager. He’s responsible for all aspects of procurement, licensing, and finance-related requests, and is key to helping us maintain strong, valuable relationships with our trusted suppliers and partners. Ben ensures we always have exactly what we need – at the best possible prices – to maintain the excellent level of customer service that Reliable has become known for.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys cooking, cocktail making, and growing his collection of vinyl records.

Gregory comes from a strong IT and infrastructure background, bringing with him a library of business and technical insights. Today, he holds the pivotal role of ensuring the seamless and secure functionality of all back-end systems here at Reliable. His responsibilities encompass the meticulous oversight of our technological infrastructure. This is fundamental to delivering unparalleled service quality to our clients. Gregory’s commitment to operational excellence and cybersecurity safeguards the integrity of our services, thereby reinforcing Reliable’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Harry’s focus is on providing the very best client experiences, right from start to finish. He continually strives to identify the most beneficial solutions for our clients, always seeking out smart ways to improve security and ensure thorough compliance. Harry makes it his personal mission to ensure each and every Reliable client remains up-to-date with our solutions, and is always happy to help businesses prepare their environment for the rapidly growing AI world. He takes a proactive approach to everything he does, finding solutions to problems businesses didn’t even know existed!
Outside of work, Harry loves spending time with friends & family, including Dora the greyhound, and travels as much as he can.

Since 2017, Christeen has been providing Reliable with expert financial information, effective communications strategies, and valuable advice and support. As the former owner of an optical franchise, she boasts a strong grasp of the complexities of running a successful business, and offers powerful insights that shape many of the decisions that we make as an organisation. From business planning and budget monitoring to financial control and strategy implementation, Christeen contributes greatly to our financial management framework and our working relationships.
Outside of work, Christeen loves to play golf, and is always looking for her next travel adventure.
Service Delivery Director
With a proven track record of generating impressive results in the information technology and services industry, Kam joined the team in 2017 to redevelop our service delivery strategy. He sees the act of building strong relationships with clients as his primary focus, collaborating with stakeholders and end users to really understand their requirements and objectives. By working together closely with clients, Kam is able to better plan and configure their systems, ensuring a successful setup, installation, and implementation of the technologies, tools, and products that have been selected.
Outside of work, Kam is passionate about the ‘3 F’s’: family, friends, and food.

Paul launched Reliable Networks back in 2005. As Managing Director, he ensures that we’re continuing to remain true to the goals and missions that the company was set up to achieve. Having worked as a professional IT consultant before founding Reliable, Paul brings unique business knowledge and structure to the organisation, making smart decisions that help us help our clients in new and innovative ways. Paul is also responsible for keeping us closely linked and tightly aligned with secure technology solutions that can edge our clients closer to their objectives.
